In our Careers in Manufacturing Program, we train men and women on the technical skills they need to be eligible candidates for entry-level manufacturing positions. Each person who graduates from the program has received 350 hours of training in technical, safety and soft skills and has a proven track record of attendance, punctuality, motivation, solid math ability, and capacity to learn.
We've had extensive contact with each person who has graduated from the training program. This means we can take the mystery out of hiring for you. Contact us with your job description and we will send you resumes of individuals whose skills and interests match your needs. Hate scheduling interviews? We can do that for you, too, and even provide private interviewing space.
