Homeless Graduates Achieve Career Path and Full-Time, Life Sustaining Employment
We're proud to share the following two JARC clients who came to us without permanent housing, and successfully completed the Computer Numerical Control Fast Track job training. Special thanks to the support of a local family foundation, we began tracking the percentage of clients who at program entry were homeless, and were surprised to learn that nearly 15% of our general population was without permanent housing.

Astoria Wire & Metal Products is a premier manufacturer of sheet metal, wire and tubing products, located in Bedford Park, IL since 1947. Referred by an industry partner of JARC, the company began sending two of its employees to Open Enrollment Welding training on Saturdays at JARC's Technical Training Center in July, 2011.
