	Until the fall of 2008, Salvador Alvarez supervised a staff of 8 employees for 9 years. This leadership ability made Sal an asset at JARC through his natural talent for CNC machining, which allowed him to spend much of his class time teaching his peers. Sal proved that he will be a reliable employee through his perfect attendance record at JARC. He recently earned the rigorous NIMS CNC Milling credential and is currently working towards the NIMS CNC Turning credential. View Resume
	Edwin Arce has a natural aptitude for CNC machining. His skill level and professionalism made him a strong leader among his peers at JARC. In fact, he was recognized by JARC faculty with a Leadership award. Edwin’s background includes maintenance, warehouse, and customer service experience. View Resume
	Jose Bartolo has 16 years of experience as the supervisor of production in a mechanical assembly plant where he utilized lean manufacturing processes. Jose recently completed the National Institute of Metalworking Skills (NIMS) CNC Milling credential which requires students to write a computer program and cut a part to very close specifications which is then inspected by a third party. After passing inspection, Jose passed a rigorous online exam. View Resume
	Rodney Dixon managed a large team at a construction company for 9 years after which he became employed as a machine operator and quality control inspector. Rodney’s experience includes print reading, metrology and use of conventional machines tools such as band saws and drill presses. Rodney is a true team player as evidenced by statements from his previous employers. View Resume
	Maurice Hayden has 12 years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines, and is familiar with Mazak, Fadal, and Haas machine tools. Other work experience includes setting up and operating CMM machines, multi spindle screw machines, teaching SPC to co-workers and supervising several other machine operators. Maurice recently supplemented his extensive work history with additional training in G-code programming at JARC. View Resume
	Wilton Hazle has 20 years of experience as a CNC Set Up/ Operator for both milling and turning centers. He is experienced with Mazak, Haas, Toshiba, Mori Seiki, and Cincinnati CNC machine tools. His experience also includes conventional machine tools, such as bandsaws, drill presses, and broaching tools. View Resume
	Jose Lopez brings with him several years of machine maintenance and supervisory experience. He has worked both as a production manager in a manufacturing plant and a team leader for a construction company. He earned an HVAC certification a few years ago and recently upgraded his skills to include CNC programming, set up and operating for both milling and turning centers. He recently earned the arduous NIMS CNC Milling credential. View Resume
	Tavarez Neylon has several years of work history and training in forklift safety and operation and shipping and receiving. He is used to working in very busy environments under tight deadlines and is self motivated, requiring little of a supervisor’s time. Tavarez has added CNC machine operating to his skill set through training at JARC. View Resume
	Augustino Velazquez has a natural talent for CNC machining that would make him an excellent entry level employee for any company. His math skills are exceptional; he was often the go- to person in his class that other students sought out for help on challenging projects. Tino has a proven track record of reliability as noted by a recommendation from his last employer who often used him to do construction and carpentry work. He recently earned the difficult NIMS CNC Milling credential. View Resume
