Delilah Diaz
Financial Coach
Delilah Diaz joined Jane Addams Resource Corp as our Financial Coach in January, 2010, after spending 20 years in the financial services industry, of which the past 10 have been in banking. She graduated from Robert Morris College with a AA Degree in Business Management. Since early on in her career, her passion for finance and desire to help clients achieve their financial goals has been a defining feature of her work. Delilah enjoys helping others apply principles of financial management to their personal situations, a quality which enables her to provide high-quality services for JARC clients. Since joining the JARC team, she has started teaching financial classes to manufacturing students, while continuing to focus on helping members of our community. In previous positions, she has helped those that needed counseling to avoid foreclosure. She has also been involved in the community through other non-for-profit organizations in the city, and has volunteered with the Chicago Public Libraries by providing first time home buyer seminars, and the Chicago Public Schools by providing financial education classes for students. Delilah hopes that her experience helps to give JARC clients a new direction in life. Her broad, strong financial background enables her to educate those that are in search of financial stability by improving credit, budgets, and developing the skills needed to focus on life’s priorities.
