Emily Doherty
 Careers in Manufacturing Program Coordinator
Emily coordinates JARC’s Manufacturing Bridge Program. This program prepares students with the baseline skills and supportive services they will need to obtain entry level jobs in manufacturing, or to move on to more advanced training. She is also the coordinator of JARC’s new Welding Program which provides adults with advanced welding skills. She oversees recruitment, orientation, eligibility screening, enrollment, and case management for these programs.

Emily comes from a background in small group and one-on-one tutoring with both teens and adults. She holds a BA in International Studies with a concentration in Human Rights from the University of Dayton; and minors in Women’s Studies and Political Science. She is currently the Chairperson of the North Side Literacy Coalition.
