Juan Del Castillo
 Advanced Skills Specialist
Juan Del Castillo returns to JARC as the Advanced Skills Specialist in the Manufacturing Training Department. Juan previously worked at JARC for eight years as a Metalworking Instructor, during which time he piloted Spanish-language manufacturing classes and spearheaded Information Technology at JARC. Juan’s primary responsibilities include re-vamping the curriculum for the After School Matters Youth in Manufacturing Program, as well as teaching classes in Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs), Electricity, CNC Machining, and welding, among other subjects. Juan specializes in project-based learning, and is excited to develop a hands-on curriculum that engages students and teachers alike.
