Megan Spellman
Client Services Coordinator
Megan began her JARC career as an ALPS volunteer in February 2006. She became the Client Services Coordinator immediately following her December 2006 graduation from Northeastern Illinois University’s Honors Program with a BA in Sociology. Megan brings ten years of experience in direct service working with adults and youth for various needs including education and life skills. Additionally, she has recently completed a three month internship with the ALS Association where she gained experience in program design, event planning and fundraising. She brings strong service, research, fundraising and teaching skills to the Training Services division. Megan coordinates the Careers in Manufacturing Program where she recruits new participants, teaches workplace readiness and offers job placement assistance. Additionally, she provides employment services for JARC participants and assists the training director with contract management. She is excited to begin her post-undergraduate career with JARC.
