Neha Chitnavis
Employment Coach / CTC Coordinator
Neha Chitnavis is JARC's Community Technology Center (CTC) Coordinator and Employment Coach. She has served as a JARC CTC instructor during 2010, and has worked with JARC’s programs in various capacities since 2007. Neha holds a Bachelor's Degree from The Illinois Institute of Art, and brings several years of experience in nonprofit and educational work to JARC.
As JARC's Supportive Services Employment Coach, she is responsible for weekly Job Club sessions and work readiness classes. She assists job seekers through one-on-one resume preparation, interviewing skills, job placement, and retention concerns.
As CTC Coordinator, Neha is responsible for all assessments, evaluations, placement, and progress tracking in JARC's computer classes. She provides ongoing support for all CTC instructors, while continuing to teach computer classes in CTC, Careers in Manufacturing Programs (CMP) and Manufacturing Skills Programs (MSP).
