Salvador Flores
Building Engineer

Salvador Flores, a new addition to Jane Addams Development Corporation’s (JADC) property management team, first heard about JARC several years ago. At that time, he had been working as a CNC Operator at a local manufacturing company. He heard about JARC’s training programs in CNC, but work opportunities materialized and he could not find time to attend. He became reacquainted with JARC this year, joining the JADC staff in May. A self-described handyman, Salvador enjoys his work. He performs a variety of maintenance and property management activities on JADC properties, from minor carpentry to drywall, electrical upkeep and tenant relations. In his spare time, he works on similar projects at home. He is impressed with the good interpersonal relationships at JARC, and looks forward to becoming more acquainted with the JARC community.
