The Honore was purchased by the Jane Addams Development Corporation (JADC) in 1998. It�s a 33,000 square foot traditional Ravenswood Corridor manufacturing site with amenities including brick and concrete construction, drive up docks, 40 car parking lot and 18� clear ceilings.
Once home to toy, oven and steel manufacturers, today the property resembles an incubator project with 15 startup and expanding manufacturing and commercial firms. In 1999, an abandoned rail spur on the east side of the site was developed as a Ravenswood area commuter parking site initiating a complete fa�ade renovation in 2000-01.
The Honore also features the JARC Technical Training Center for the Metalworking Trades. At 3,500 square feet, it has doubled the capacity of JARC's training capabilities.
