Employment coach--Careers in manufacturing programs in austin 

Teach workplace readiness and digital literacy skills to trainees in weekly workshops, provide one-on-one job coaching, ensure placement and retention goals are met, assist with resume and cover letter preparation. This position will be based primarily out of JARC’s West Side location which is still to be determined. The Jane Addams Resource Corporation (JARC) and Local Initiatives Support Corporation are seeking a full-time AmeriCorps member to serve as a Digital/Financial Literacy Instructor. The candidate will ideally begin service on January 1, 2020 and serve a minimum of 1700 hours through the end of his/her/their term.
